Orzo with Mushrooms, Snow Peas, and Pine Nuts |

g orzo, cooked in boiling water until tender |

1. Heat the oil in a saut? pan and add the shallots.
2. When the shallots start to wilt, add the mushrooms and saut? until brown. Add the snow peas and cook for about one minute.
3. Add the pine nuts.
4. Add the cooked mixture to the cooked orzo with the tablespoon of butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
